The Prospector is an active and engaged community of over 300 homeowners located in the heart of Park City. The property has 9 residential buildings and a large conference center and theater on 10 acres of grounds. Amenities for owners and guests include a year round hot-tub, seasonal pool and BBQ area, a picnic area, indoor bicycle storage with a workstation, a laundry facility, and EV charging stations.
The property also offers a 24/7 front desk service and the Association employs its own staff to fully manage and maintain the property. Additionally, the Association operates the on-site conference center and theater – welcoming various groups and organizations, such as the Sundance Film Festival, annually. Owners also benefit from the on-site Ski ‘N’ See rental shop, where they can receive commissions and special discounts on ski rentals, tune-ups and purchases.
